S52 Series Centrifuge Rotor Recycling Machine

Purpose:
This machine belongs to mechanical centrifugal dry recycling equipment, mainly applied in casting workshop for recycling resin old sand.
Work principle: Under the gravity, old sand entered from charging entrance falls on round column area, which formed by sand-blasting disc rotated in high speed. When it impacts with lamina on the sand-blasting disc, it will accelerate in radial under the function of centrifuge. At last, it will be blasted from the bottle of lamina. Blasted sand impacted with lining ring fiercely. So inertia film on sand surface will be crushed and mixed with ash, then discharged out of the machine. So, old sand is recycled successfully.
Characteristics:
There are single grade and double grade centrifuge regeneration in this series equipment. Single grade mainly applied in small and medium resin sand production line.
